FAQs

  • Is food or drink included in the price of the picnic? While we sometimes do partner with several other businesses who provide meal packages, we do not provide food or drink with a with a typical event. We can, however, stop and do an order pick up for you -Just ask!

  • What if the weather does not cooperate? We work hard to ensure your event goes as planned. One element that we can not control is the weather. When possible we make every attempt to plan alternate weather solutions ahead of time for your event. If a cancelation is needed due to weather, we will work hard reschedule your event within 30 days of the initial booking subject to our availability.

  • How much notice do you need to plan my event? We make every attempt to accommodate every request. We have several amazing stylists on staff who are excited to make your event special, even with little notice. Just reach out to us!

Cancellation Policy- We understand life is often hectic, and we are here to help by making your planned event run as smoothly as possible. From the moment you book your special event with Posh Picnic, a stylist goes to work for you behind the scenes. We are reserving your spot, which could mean turning down other requests for bookings for the time we have set aside just for you.  Furthermore, we are possibly purchasing additional pieces your event, as well as contacting and coordinating a venue, and often times food.

For these reasons we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. This will secure your date and time. The remaining 50% needs to be paid 72 hours before your event date. If you cancel 14 days prior to the event date we will only be able to excuse the remaining 50% minus credit card processing fees. We make every attempt to accommodate last minute requests. If you book within 14 days prior to your event, your deposit and remaining balance is non-refundable. We will make every attempt to reschedule your event based on availability in our schedule with-in 30 days.
